Bai Toey or Padanus leaf.



Pandanus Plam or Bai Toey it's like main ingredient in thai food. We don't eat it all just use for making green color or good smell.

When Thai people use for cooking?
1. If you need green color for cook dessert, let get start as below.
Spin Bai Toey Then boil spined Bai Toey. Add water as you want if you need strong green use a bit of water. However, this is natural color so it's soft green color. Ater that After that filter water. Use green water to cook your food.

2. For making smell. Just add it while cooking usually while boil water. :)

3. Use for pack food while we are cooking.
